Yeah!  I thought it was for the PS2 at first, but it clearly says "Playstation."  It says on the back, "Part of a set, not for individual sale/trade-in."  Still not sure of its origins, though.

it was part of one of those late-release collection things like they did at the end of the ps1.
came in a pack with MGS2 and 3.
same game as always, just new packing.
