Just got this in the mail!

LIR2032 x4 and Charger (Basically rechargeable CR2032s)

Nothing too amazing, but it'll be nice to stop spending money on CR2032s for my VMUs.

:O Nice! My five bleeping VMU's and I wish to know where you purchased something like that.

I got it off ebay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/360795733989

Chinese seller but it didn't take too long (about a week) to get here, I put in a best offer of $10 and he accepted.

Right now it is a bit of an experiment because I fully charged a pair last night, then installed them in a VMU and dated it.  I'm going to turn it on every day and see how long they last in there since it think the mA on these is less than a regular 2032.  It will also be nice to put in my Saturn as well and the Sega CD can also use LIR2032s as replacements.

Just got this in the mail!
Flux cart for Mega Drive/CD.

Awesome!  I'd never heard of that before.  Now I want a Sega CD more than ever. :)

If the homebrew community ever made something like that for the TG/PCE, I'd be all over it!

Yup!  I played around with it last night and it's kind of a cool visualizer.  I had a couple albums from BT I put in and it did a decent job just on the random setting.  There is a lot of other options I think but I didn't really go through the manual much yet.

You couldn't ask for 2 more different games!

Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 [Dreamcast]
Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc Limited Edition [Vita]

I was pretty worried about Danganronpa getting trashed in the mail after I saw how NISA has packed it recently, but my copy looks nice and mint.  A little bubble wrap around it would have made me feel a bit better about it all though, I almost hit it with the scissors trying to cut open the tape on the box.

^^What's in the box?  I'm a sucker for the special editions, but I don't have a vita.

For the first time ever, my local thrift had SMS carts.  Just to memorialize the occasion, I had to buy all three.  Got all this for $12.

I keep hearing people mention Danganronpa. What exactly is it?

ok so this is in the same vein as 999 and virtues last reward. I see its even made by the same team. I played 999 and really enjoyed it. Only got the bad ending so far. I own virtues last reward, but i haven't gotten around to it yet.

The Vita is def getting some really good games as of late. I may need to pick one one. I've seen some pictures of the original model (OLED) and the new model (LCD) and the original one just looks so much better.

The original is all "piano black" style. The new ones do look "cheaper" in comparison, however they have some unique features. The charger is standard mini USB, it has 1GB of built in memory, battery last longer (because of the screen) and it is lighter and more ergonomic.

I love the "expensive gadget" feel of the OG "piano black model."  THE SCREEN IS GORGEOUS too. I haven't seen the LCD in person yet.

If I go slim, I'm going for the lime green one.

Xele - what does the especial editon have? Any artbooks?

Nando beat me to the punch on the description, but the LE has the following stuff:
Limited Edition Includes:
- Danganronpaâ„¢: Trigger Happy Havoc Limited Edition box
- Danganronpaâ„¢: Trigger Happy Havoc for PS Vita
- Soft cover art book
- Single disc original soundtrack with jewel case
- Collector's Box

I also finally got some stuff from Japan just today that I ordered for my birthday almost a month ago, plus a couple random bits.

2014-02-14 Pickups by xelement5x, on Flickr

Japanese Pyramid Patrol Mega LD.

Complete with obi and instruction sheet.

2014-02-14 Pickups by xelement5x, on Flickr

Popful Mail clear file folder.  (I can always use more Poppuru in my life)

Cotton for PC Engine with obi and reg card

Keio 2 for Saturn with obi.

Finally, a super interesting thing I found.

The seller of the PCE Cotton I picked up also had this teacup for sale.

I've never seen one like this before, there is a well known version of the teacup for Panorama Cotton on the Mega Drive, but I haven't been able to find anything on the net about this one.

Any ideas?  I've never heard of a teacup for the PC Engine version, but there's mention of one for a Saturn version on Wikipedia.  Also, my apologies for the watermark, I'd never seen this before so I felt like putting my handle by it would be a good idea.

The Electronic Arts on it makes me think that it's tied to the X68000 version which was published by EA.

Mmmm, Tac/Scan is a fun. It gives me happy to see Sega on a 2600 cart. It took me a minute to figure out you need to use the paddle controllers...as if I ever read the front of the cart!

Ahh, good point Dan.  I'm still not sure where it came from though, I wonder if they did like preorder bonuses with x68k stuff.
