I paid $425 for it. Still a lot but that's about half the price they are going for on eBay.

I know that those mini LCD display thingies (I already forgot the real name lol) are (next to the shuttle) the most expensive NEC systems with the Supergrafx right behind all of that.

I don't think I would ever have the urge to buy one personally although they are neat....

at most I might just take my PC Engine Core link up a mini LCD monitor to it and play it on long road trips (when I am not driving lol) ...

It is what I use to do with those mini PS's that had the LCD monitor that would attach to it......wish I still had it because man it was a sweet setup ..............unfortnatly I see those systems w/the lcd monitor go for bigger and bigger bucks for reasonse that truly ecape my understanding.

Most of my stuff has been pinball related of late so I haven't bothered to post anything, but I picked this up today and thought there might be a few people here that would want to do the same.

I haven't built/bought anything Lego in years. This and the BTTF one tempt me a lot. If it is inexpensive i may just pick this up! Looks great!

$59.99

It's a solid kit just like the BTTF kit.  Everything is screen printed, no stickers.

I was buying LEGO Movie stuff for my son's birthday and saw this one.  Had to get it.  Oh, and the LEGO Movie kit is also excellent.  VERY imaginative builds.  The movie, in case you haven't seen it, is also fantastic.

Oh i loved that movie. Saw it twice actually lol. Having the logos screen printed sounds great, but $60 just a little high. But I am absolutely not ruling it out though. You should post a pic of the finished project here or somewhere.

These are limited edition runs.  The store would only sell me one.  Not that I wanted two, but there was a sign there and I'm sure it was official.  $60 for 500 pieces is standard fair for LEGO.

Oh wow, I guess I'm very out of touch with Legos! But it being a limited run worries me. Might have to track it down sooner than later, thanks!

Very nice! It's been my life long dream to own a PCE LT.

Didn't you sell a working LT not too long ago for around the same price?  I really wanted that one, but I couldn't afford it.

Yeah I did, to get into x68000.  It seems like the prices on them are climbing higher even on the junk ones.

YES! Like jtucci31, I've also seen it twice (luckily under the guise of taking my 6 yr old).

I recently found a Marvel Super Hero Lego short on Netflix and the lil and I loved it as well (though it's only about 20 minutes).
