Overall I would be hard-pressed to find a better RPG than Ultima: Quest of the Avatar.  On the NES, SNES, Genesis, and even PC Engine or any system for that matter!  The game is rock solid with many twists and turns along the way to keep you leveling up and creating your own perfect world of Britannia.

HA I love that Sandler bit!  Good call.  Nintega is definitely a moe of the highest order -- but it takes a really big moron to fill such enormous shoes.

hahaha.

OK nin, are you now going to come around and say, "But I didn't mean to offend anyone!"? Seriously, wtf is your problem? If you want to be banned again, just keep on doing what you're doing, which I believe is what is commonly known as "trolling". I know you've been "trying" to get along with people here, but you really shouldn't have to try that hard. 99% of people are super nice here, and yet you seem to troll on some of the nicest people here, i.e. nat and nec.

Yeah nin it's looking like you'll get that longer trip you've been dreaming of- Me and the fellas figured we'd be swell and we all chipped in and paid for your ride from your favorite car service- they're parked outside waiting for you.  Don't leave them waiting too long though- they tend to be more sad than happy...

I was wondering about your avatar when you had first changed it, Nectarsis (which at the time appeared to be a red flag with an eagle-blade symbol on it). Where is that one, and the current icon from the split spear/trident, from? Your Gundam robot avatar will be missed nonetheless.

My avatar is a only 85% new since I've had it for a few weeks. Do you dudes like it? It was made in Photoshop from screenshots taken in MagicEngine.

It's definitely one of the cooler I've seen you made, Turbo D. I like how it has the lighting flashes in it, too. It's cool that you took it from the intro of Air Zonk, as well.

How's my new one? Yay or nay?  :-k

Absolutely- and a spider should have eight eyes like this while this sucker only has two.

I like a lot, Sinistron. I always was impressed with the US boxart of The Legendary Axe since Black Tiger had first shown it on these boards. I have read in the past that there are species of spiders that have two eyes, but I am not sure of which ones.

(what do folks think of my current Dragon Spirit if they wish to give an opinion, also?).

It's a nice image but needs more personality.  A fierce avatar is crucial if you hope to win any flame wars or subject other forum members to your will.

I don't plan on getting into many flame wars or subject other users to my will (though I did get into a special tussle in the shoutbox two nights ago). My perferred style of avatar is to have a sprite or one surrounded by a portion of the level, anyway. I mostly asked since I'm in the workings of mastering the art of screenshot/sprite clipping. Hopefully, next month's can turn out to be more of that preference, in a way .
