That's a Craigslist ad.  The ad is for M4W if you look at the URL or title or whatever.  it is an ad from a guy for a girl to play Super Mario Bros while he has sex with her from behind.  I don't think it is meant to be taken seriously.  :)

Hahaha, that's hilarious. This is my favorite part: "Press the start button on the controller when you are ready. I will hear the sound and turn the light off in the bathroom and come out. You will not look directly at me, only look at the TV.".

I also like how if he is unimpressed with your playing, he will turn the Nintendo off and return to the bathroom.
