I have them too on the few Turbo ROMs I've got on my Mac here. They must have come with one of the emulators, MagicEngine perhaps? mednafen? I don't know.

Thanks guys. The hucard icons are used with TGemu, the crappy mac PC Engine emulator. Most game run ok, some don't have sound, and some don't run at all. I think Richard Bannister quit working on it a few years ago.
