Agreed it's there i can see why you got confused RCduck7.

Pretty much you have to use the... platformer jumper then pick all list.

Then look under Turbo CD.

Gamefaqs use to have a pce section then it, was down size to just having a Turbo Grafix 16 and Turbo CD section.

Damn i need to check out, Tengai Makyou serise some time also it's so dirt cheap.
