awesome!!! good for you!!  yeah I still stare at mine once in awhile w complete happyness.  I wanted one for years and just got mine two months ago.  so much better than using a converter on my turbo cd

Thanks! I got it off of Ebay and it set me back about $290, no box or paperwork. In retrospect I don't think the deal was that great, but the seller was here in North America, I got it pretty quick, and it wasn't heavily yellowed like ones most of the Japanese sellers have for sale.

And of course, a few days after I bought it I see a boxed Duo R, with all the original paperwork, etc. for $275 shipped, from Japan. 

Ah well, at least I finally got one.  :-"

Together they make the ultimate shitter: the jaguar lays out the foundation and the bowl and the R (picture it on top of the jag) is the tank. lol. Also, paint the whole getup the color of the R; seems to be the right color.

yeah mine was 210 including shipping from hit japan with a six button.  i dunno its worth the price regardless

That's dlite from the forums here. A lot of people have gotten work done from him over the years. I had a rough experience with him, but it got worked out in the end. I don't think he's doing much modding anymore, but he logs in to give modding tips and advice.

Honestly that was the best thing I've ever bought - I didn't regret it one second. I play every system I have on the Astro City (even my PSP  )
