DOGTANK would win because dogs rip cats to shreds in their teeth.  Or maybe MountainLionTank.  Seems like CATTANK would be easily defeated by its low energy and need to constantly sleep as well.  CATTANK fails.  It needs to be put to sleep.

Missingno bitch, no one can overcome it's ability to screw you up and delete you. CATTANK can do nothing as Missingno turns it into a pile of random glitches. Even if you destroy Missingno you are still screwed in the end.
