It might be a little extra time to ship...I was planning on shipping all weekend orders on Monday, but on our way to the pulguero today, our car got a short and burned out the set of wires at the back of the engine. It will take most of this next week to repair since the whole front end has to be taken apart. My wife's mother will be taking me on my work route at some point in the week, and I'll take all packages then and have them sent out. I don't yet know what day it will be though.

Just when you think you're going to get everything stable again...shit like this happens.

Alright, I'm processing all the orders taken so far. We might have our car back on Wednesday; my wife found the cable we need for pretty cheap ($75), and she's gonna have it picked up tomorrow. With any luck, it will be in the morning, and the mechanics can have it installed and the car re-assembled tomorrow. Here's hoping. If not, then Thursday seems more likely.

God Rover you're a trooper!  :clap:  All this shit going on for you and you're still managing on shipping out orders.  If I wasn't in almost the same boat as you with my job I would buy a few games off of you.  I just want to let you know that you rock and seem like one hell of a nice person.  I hope everything works out for you and your family.

Sorry to hear about your situation. I haven't log on for a whole. It's hitting us hard herein wichita, ks where we're the air capital of the world.  Just about every aircraft company announced lay offs. Just when I thought I was safe, bombardier learjet, whom i'm working for just announce some lay offs today. I should know by the end of next week if I will get it or not.

Yeah I was lucky and this past Tuesday we were being called into the bosses office to see if we still had a job or not for our follow on contract.  Not the best time in the world for people sadly.  :(

Sorry for the delay everyone...I haven't shipped out anything yet as we're still without a car! We should have it back Tuesday. Also, we've been fighting off a worm on our network that goes by the name of RONTKBR.GEN...it was on four systems here and we're still cleaning up the mess it makes. I've had to reinstall Windows on my system so I'm still restoring everything...gah what a nightmare that always is. Anyways, everything will be shipped out as soon as humanly possible.

The aftermath of the economic crash continues. We just found out that Walmart has decided to pull all pay-per-scan programs, meaning that our company will no longer provide them with service. They're doing this to maintain their profit margin (as if they really needed to, gimme a damn break). So, our income is going to drop from just under $700/month to $0/month. First KB goes under, and now this happens. And we still don't have our car back...it may be ready tomorrow but we don't know for sure, as it took a few extra days to find the right cable.

Update: We got the car back late yesterday, so I was able to go to the post office for boxes today. I've now got them and am packaging everything up for shipping in the morning. To add insult to injury...now I might have a broken foot on top of everything else that's gone wrong. :( The good news is that Walmart's greed has hit a ceiling and they're not able to execute their stupid new scheme right away, so we're still in business for a few extra weeks. It's still going to happen, but this week was originally going to be our last week of service before all stores were cut...now things are going to go on for a little longer, which gives us enough time to put all of our plans in motion.
