Speaking of NEC and the new-coming generation of consoles:

Am I the only one who immediately thought of the duo when I saw that?

I still don't understand why people keep relating this to the Duo. It might be the angle of this particular shot though, because looking from any other angle, there's no way a correlation can be made.

Well, having seen it in person, I think it looks pretty similar, if only for the way it's laid out and the curved top. I don't think it's far-fetched at all.

I thought it looked a little like a PCE Duo R when I first saw it as well, I guess because of the curve and how it kind of looks like it's divided in two sectons somewhat like the Duo was with HuCard and CD.

Yeah, it's just how the consoles are laid out that are similar. Although I have to say I like the Duo better simply because it's smaller and more slim than the PS3.
