That's only true on a technical level. If it looks like a dog, acts like a dog, and barks like a dog, then it's a dog. The reason it bothers me when continue to label a transexual by their born gender is because those people spend their whole lives and money making their outside represent their inside, so when someone continues to label them by their born gender, it's a really devasting blow to their emotions. They're very sensitive people, they had a hard enough life as it is growing up in their born gender.

No, I wouldn't feel any different about that.  It's not about gayness, it's about nastiness!  And female to male is a bit of a different process, though I am not sure what all is involved besides removing some fat and skin from the leg or somewhere.

I don't beleive any male is born being female, or vice versa.  Let's face it, we all have screwed up minds, me included, but, that doesn't mean that we just give in to what we think we're meant to be.  There are people that have a tendency towards (inherited)substance abuse, does that mean they should just give in, & get drunk/high, or should they fight it?  Some people are kleptomaniac's, should they just try to fight it, or just say "oh well, that's just the way I am"?  We all have demons we have to fight. 

There are gay people, that believe as I do, that no one is meant to be gay, so they fight the urges & wait for the time when God will blow up this world(so to speak) & cleanse it & cleanse our minds of imperfection.  As for me, I have to continue fighting my attraction to other women in general.  Women are so fricken beautiful, but, even if I wasn't married, I believe that lusting after women is wrong & destructive.  I don't just throw up my hands & say, "oh well, that's just the way I am"!  I'll be fighting the urge to look at other women for the rest of my life until Armageddon, that's something I have to live with(along with my other imperfections, like ocd & materialism).  There are people that are obsessed with killing people, should they just give in?

Good point, though comparing murder to getting a sex change is pretty drastic.  Murdering someone clearly has direct negative impact on society, but getting a sex change, well.. you can start drawing links how it can do this and that, but the act of getting sex change in itself doesn't harm anyone.

Still, I wouldn't go so far as to hit up a transsexual person myself.  They can do whatever they want since it doesn't impact me directly, but in turn, they're delusional if they don't think that a sizable chunk of the (newly) opposite gender are going to rule them out as potential partners.  (And that's not just because of making baby issues.)
