2 defective turbo grafx units sold as is

i have two defective units for sale. i tested them months back znd here is the skinny: one would not power on. the other displayed graphics in black and white. both are being sold as is for $30.00 shipped. pm me if interestd.

If only i didn't have 3 tg-16 units already and a fourth one for parts coming, I would be all over that. Sounds like easy fixes, if any one here picks em up and can't fix em, hit me up.

Are these just bare bones consoles, or do they have the hookups?
