Hey that's pretty good, Akamichi.

Some time ago I added The Kung Fu, Tenchi Muyo, and the second Ranma 1/2 game to my collection, and just this morning I got Urusei Yatsura: Stay With You and Patlabor: Chapter of Griffon (finally! I'm a huge Patlabor freak -- can't wait to play the game!) from ebay.

Incidentally, two games which are conspicuously absent from my collection are Devil's Crush and Blazing Lazers (or a Gunhed)...ya know, in case anybody has some extras lying around they wanna part with for a reasonable price (US or JP versions OK for either)...ahem. ;P

@akamichi: Damn! I was also at the TGS this year as a reporter. And I went buying PCE-Games together with a friend in Akihabara. We could have met each other.

Yeah, too bad we didn't know about each other before because it would have been fun to hang out with other PCE fans.

Now that I know other people on this board go to TGS, perhaps we can all meet up next year... and raid Akihabara together. :)

Waoo... I'm not sure if it would all fit in here
Only kidding, still, I have nearly 400 PC Engine games, mainly japanese.

Here is a link to my video game collection, just click to go straight to the NEC section:

My PC Engine games

The PC Engine console is one of my favourite, if not my favourite system. I always get back to it and still play it today on a weekly basis.

Thanks :)
It took me many years to collect all of this stuff. I think I have now all the PCE games I was looking for, except maybe Sylphia and other ultra-rare special HuCards. But all of those are much too expensive now ...

Just to let you know, Dragon Slayer isn't a action RPG, like Ys, Secret of Mana, Crystalis, etc... but a traditional turn-based RPG like Dragon Warrior, Final Fantasy, and Cosmic Fantasy. Personally, I absolutely love the game and if you are a fan of hilarious, cheesy bad voice acting, you'll really love it! :D
