Yes, I posted a long time ago that these do in fact work with RF PS2 Controllers (I use the Logitech Wireless RF PS2 with classic converter on the PC Engine Duo-R)

These things are becoming scarce now.

I bought a neo-geo one from ToTotek and it didn't work properly, so be wary if you do get one.

Of course not.  Dance Dance Turbo: Bonk's Prehistoric Disco Groove will come packaged with its own dance pad, fully compatible with the PCE, no adapter required.

The sarcasm was too subtle for me. It sounded too good to be true so I contacted BT and he verified that it is indeed not in the works.
