His stretched image was offensive so he owes everyone on the forum a free dinner.  :)

You owe me a free dinner for talking about free dinners and making me hungry.  I'll be in Denver tonight to collect, so you better come find me.

Not happy.  What is with the bright blue borders?  Not only do you owe everyone a free dinner, but you now also owe every member 3 free gas tank fill-ups on their vehicle of choice as well.

Much better.  Any concerns with image retention on your Lucky GoldStar?

Not happy.  What is with the bright blue borders?

Are they actually gray (standard practice for plasmas)?

No, the screen is actually pretty good as far as that is concerned. This is in my "games" room, the room that keeps the peace between me and my girlfriend. She doesn't go in it, in exchange for me agreeing not to fill the rest of the house with consoles and guitars. Didn't seem much point buying a real high end screen just for gaming, this does the job just fine.

Pretty basic setup here - just a TurboDuo connected to a CRT television.

TG16 + CD hooked up to a CRT.

audio goes to stereo AND tv so I get GhettoDolbyTM

I have a Duo R on the way.

Its going to be the same setup , rofl.

B&B, I have a similar mess in my basement, spanning 2 TVs, lol. (I put all the 8bits and crap on a crappier TV because it has woodgrain, and thats a rule when you use an Atari)

Ha.  I have an old 27" CRT that I was going to setup in the corner so i can use my light gun games again.  I A/V modded my Intellivision, so it doesnt look half bad on the plasma.

Yeah, light guns are finnicky. They don't like rear projection screens either.

Hi everyone, new user here, 1st post.
Here is my small but slowly growing PCE set up.

Supergrafx with Tototek 32mb flash, ASCII stick & 3 way tap,
Image Fight & Daisenpu Hucards - Hopefully more to come !
This is hooked up to a Panasonic LCD projector & looks surprisingly good over composite video.
The Megadrive looks quite bad over composite, NEC must have used better parts than Sega !
What's next ? - maybe a CD-Rom drive .
Scott.
