Japanese webiste with console sprite art??????

Hi, wonder if anyone could help me out, a while back I found a japanese website that had all consoles in sprite art that looked like this:
etc..
But I can't remember the site URL and now I can't find it, I've tried searching around on google, anyone on here know the site I'm looking for?
