Manual cover is different.   As far as I've seen (besides the Games Express/Hacker International), there has been that one volleyball game boot Hu...any others?

Why would you sell a bootleg of a not very popular or expensive game on the PC-Engine?  I didn't even know there was a splatterhouse one.  These are by the same "group"?

There's a handful of other bootlegs out there - check out Video Game Den's page o' pirates.

It's a bootleg copy.  It is not a boot disc, a pair of booties for your feet, or a nice round ass.

Altered Beast was the conversion that got away -  for once, the Megadrive version is clearly better. What a pity...

Although I think that Altered Beast isn't "clearly" better on Mega Drive, it certainly wouldn't be the one time.

PCE ports that fair worse against their MD counterparts than Altered Beast does include Golden Axe, Strider and Ninja Warriors.

I have owned one of these Altered Beast bootleg Hucard (as well as King's Splatterhouse) but sold it to Shawn_Carr2

Ask him to take a pic of the Hucard if you want to see it.
