Here is the final battle with Death Adder! I was extremely cheap, but i was down to my last health bar

I always found it toughest to beat Golden Axe CD using Thunderhead, or at least I am pretty sure that I only cleared it once with him even though he was the easiest for me to use in other versions.

What, no bustin' out of the arcade? lame.

The PCE endings pwn the arcade, even if they aren't as spectacular as other cinemas in the game.

I haven't tried the other characters yet... I just chose Thunderhead because when it comes to the medieval fantasy theme Dwarves are my favorite!

Clear #91 - Valis IV



Last boss was pretty rough!

Having now beat all the Valis games- my judgment on their ordering of quality is IV>I>III>II - with II being the only one that I didn't love (actually found little to nothing to love about part II)
III was a lot of fun- but the balance and curve was across the board- with jokey levels smack in the middle of ludicrously tough ones- the game was all over the place.  I loved the look and feel of I- loved the way Yuko moved and the game was better balanced than III- IV however- yesssss.  My kind of game.  Compared to the other three the rising difficulty curve was masterfully plotted- and the game was much longer than I expected it to be- I was expected 7 levels and instead got 9- with the 9th even having two little mini bosses.  By far my favorite game of the series.

Had this back in the day- got it again recently and finally beat it- without much of a problem.  Had 9 extra guys when I completed it.

All in all this game isn't as bad as I remembered- it's mediocre.  I certainly have platformers that I enjoyed far less.

This has been one of my favorite games since it first came out on the Neo Geo! I cleared it on Arcade mode and on Normal mode.

I really enjoyed this game. I'm a samurai nerd so I loved the theme of the game, and the swordplay engine was easy to use but quite fun. Once you learn the game it's really easy. It had one of the better endings I've seen so far too!

With the help of Allah: Clear # 24! Riot Zone clear!!!

I liked how each of the first few stages introduced a couple of new enemies. Pretty much a boring game though... I had a lot more fun with Takeda Shingen. The highlight of the game was the cool noise that the first of the two final bosses makes when you kill him!

Guyjin- the guess was based off the sword and shield and Hudson and you saying in shout you've been playing it- "YES! I BEAT THE CRAB BOSS!"

Clear #93 - Shubibinman

Took me a few plays to master this one-
but I did- no deaths/continues for the clear.
I kind of like it- I definitely enjoy it more than Shubibinman II/Shockman.
The trick is to figure out what it is you're purchasing- the potion and life extensions and nurse obviously the most important.  The Shubibi Beam is pretty pointless in this game.
