PC ENGINE DUO REPAIRS NYC?

Hi,

Does anyone know a place that fixes the sound capacitor issue (for my PC Engine Duo) in the NYC area? Used to be a place on the lower east side but the guy who did that doesn't work there anymore...Thanks!

I live in Queens and work in Manhattan but I know of no one in the area that does this- nor do I know of any stores that sell pc-engine games- if you do- please be sure to let me know...    Sorry I couldn't be of any help...

No worries..thanks though. The place that I mentioned that used to be on St. Marks Place is now on the Southeast corner of the Bowery and 6th st.....forget the name, but yellow canopy entrance on 6th st. THEY HAVE 2 PC-FX's and a Duo R and quite a bit of Turbo Goods, including some Super CDs liek Far East of Eden 2 and unopened CD games. The store looks kinda run down but they have just about any video game system ever made for sale! You should definitely check it out! They get a lot less PC Engine stuff in than they used to, but are constantly getting tons of great stuff if you're into import gaming...

I'll keep hunting for more and keep you posted...let me know too!
