You can add an other seller to this site me thinks.
Lance Kiesman...
He seemed to have good feedbacks in ti's early days on Ebay but seems to join the dark side now.
I bought Lunar eternal blue for the PS from him but didn't receive it.
He didn't replies to my mails and when i took it to paypal i got bad feedback without warning.
from what i've read there seems to be other sellers with the same experience to mine.
The Ebay rules want you to make contact for a solution but he doesn't reply.
Even in the unlikely event it got lost in the post then he shouldn't blame me and giving bad feedback.
Still waiting for paypal to come through with my money.

Lance Kiesman's feedback.

I totally agree that Bullseye's tactics MUST be documented and that we should do our part to raise awareness of his slimy business practices. As a public service to the turbo community, we can start a thread entitled "Ebay sellers to avoid" or, "Ebay sellers to be wary of" and perhaps Aaron can make it a sticky so everyone will always see it. All ebay sellers that have a documented history of shady / deceitful practices would qualify.

This is reason #9999999999 not to support Bullseye.  Seriously, even if Bullseye has something you really want, I ask folks to think twice. No, I don't think everyone will be ripped-off necessarily, but Bullseye seems to be the car-salesman of the TG-16 world. My apologies to car-salesmen, but you know your reputation is well-deserved ;).

Also, I forgot to track Bullseye's "Frequent Buyers Program" to see if he sold any of them (...my heart goes out to the poor souls who may have purchased one).

Finally, in addition to the responsible and fair methods of documenting and exposing Bullshit, some of us may wish to organize GUERILLA tactics to raise awareness... like emailing folks who bid on Bullshit's auctions and providing these prospective buyers a link to the "Ebay sellers to be wary of" thread. "Hi _______ . Sorry to bother you, but I thought you might want to know that Bullseye has engaged in some questionable business practices in the past. Further info can be found here (link)."

Libel and slander be damned!

Well I was stupid enough to buy something from him, and paid the price.  Same old story: I left negative after not being able to get a reply from him, he retaliated with his own negative feedback, and I dedicated a blog to him, with the link posted in my reply to his feedback:

The only way this a$$hole stops is if we as a community stop buying. I am pretty sure most people have, atleast around here....not really sure though. But, there deffinatly needs to be stronger counter measures for both buyers and sellers than that of the feedback system. I mean yes, the feedback system works when you are speaking of honest people...but Bullseye, is not one such person.

This is wrong to do, but here's how you fix the bullseye problem-

Step 1: Everyone on the forum signs up for a new ebay account
Step 2: Everyone bids on one of his items
Step 3: Everyone does not pay
Step 4: Everyone leaves negative feedback

I'm not advocating anyone do this, but that's how you fix a problem like this.  The guy has never screwed me- but then again I've never bought anything from him- never will either...

Or instead of ruining his feedback I could get in the car with a few friends and pay him a visit.  Bullseye and I are both in Ohio so It could be a day trip.  Once I was there the conversation would go something like this:

Kelly:  Bullseye, why are you a bastard?
Bullseye:I am NOT a Bastard.Who are you to Question my respectable business practices?
Kelly:  I came to pick up my discount card.
Bullseye:You can not have your mint and worthless discount card now. The moon is not in it's 4th phase and Jupiter and mars have not aligned.
Kelly: Me and my pals are here to kick your ass.
Bullseye:It is not rare for that to happen.

This is where we open a 10 pound can of whup-ass on old boy-
Only bad this is he's on the other side of the state 150 miles is a haul at $3 a gallon-

Who want's to chip in gas money  [/b]

Every single one of Bullseye's auctions that link to his "discount card" auction is in violation of eBay's listing policies.  I've found a couple other violations in a few of his listings, too.

Here is where you find Bullseye's auctions:
http://stores.ebay.com/Bullseyes-Video-Games-Collectibles

Here is the form where you report listing violations:
http://pages.ebay.com/help/contact_us/_base/index.html

1) pick "Report a listing policy violation or prohibited (banned) item"
2) pick "Listing policy violations"
3) pick "Violated eBay links guidelines"
4) click Continue
5) Under "Customer Support Option(s)", click the "Email" link
6) Fill in the item number and send to eBay.

Folks, at a minimum please take a minute to formally report Bullseye in the manner Emerald Rocker outlined. :)
