Price list For current US Titles (NOT UPDATED IN 3 YEARS)

The reason I'm wanting a list to be put together is quite frankly because this community has a tendency to be a bit harsh to new users trying to buy or sell things. And with a reasonably up to date guide as a point of reference to point new users to we can avoid hall of shame like incidents from occurring.

What makes you think a price list would make any difference?  People coming here to pimp ebay sales or offer us 'sweet deals' can't be bothered to look for a price list (this thread is over two years old and yet the gougers keep popping up), and they're often asking for a premium on the price lists they do know of (racketboy/digitpress/eBay) anyway.

The prices I put in there were for comedic effect . It was safer to do that than to try to determine a fair price all by myself, since I would like to form a loose consensus on what was "fair".
