I posted this years ago. I'm not much into ,"Japanimation", but during the 90s, I would view tapes of it. This particular movie series, I thought it was loads of laughs at the time when early in the movie a guy creates a tent in his pants with his boner due to a girl.

Years ago, I bought the thing on DVD, since I had memories of seeing it in the mid 90s. I never knew there were a few other movies to it. I'd only seen the first one. The DVd had the other parts, so I watched them, and I noticed something in a particular scene...I'd not watched them in ages, but, I recall when I saw this, I posted a screenshot here, so, here it is again!

I rented it on VHS, and that was something I took notice of immediately, the kid had a 90s game system in the early 00's. I figure, most viewers probably thought it was a fictional game system created specifically for the film.

There's a Lynx there, and it wasn't even released in Japan in any official capacity (though it was manufactured there).

I guess it is a Lynx, the shot in the movie zooms out from the woman laying on her stomach, so there is a closer shot of it.

Oh, and the name of the movie is, "Devil Hunter Yohko 2".

In the 90s, I saw the first one, someone rented it. Years later, I saw it was available on DVD when I searched for information on it, so I bought it on DVD. The DVD set included 1-3. I don't remember much about 2 and 3, other than parts 2 and 3 didn't seemed to be needed, and in part 2, "Oh, hey, there is a Duo-R on the floor!".

i like how the animators actually put a tap and one controller on the duo.

I cannot find it! Does anyone remember some Rap / Hip Hop band doing a promotional Rap song for Bonk's? All I can find is that it was a Canadian rapper names S-Blank and the song was "The New Mania". I think NEC gave him some money to do it for promotional purposes.

I remember seeing it as a kid on TV (maybe Entertainment Tonight), but I cannot find it anywhere now. I know it exists. I remember thinking to myself about how weird it was when I saw the video for it.

Makes me feel so old.  I am from the mimeograph machine and VTR generation.  VTR (reel to reel tape like the old science documentary) came out years before VCR, which was like a giant walkman that connected to TV using a giant version of casette and typically hold only 2 hours of high quality video or 6 hours of RealVideo quality.

Ummm does anyone even know what "realvideo" is? About 8 years before Youtube was even invented, the best way to get video over internet via slow dial up modem was realvideo. Shit looking quality and very tiny by today's standard.

Don't know what dial up modem is? Forget it you're probably not old enough for beer either.
