At this time I don't work with TG-CD or PCE-CD systems, no. I hope to eventually, but just don't have the time to do the necessary R&D at the moment.

Skunkkey, what's wrong with it?  I've done a few mechanism replacements on the TG-CD, which is pretty much the same as a PCE-CD...
