If you do the math, 180.000 kB / 4,61 kB/s = 39.045 s = 650.76 min = 10.85 h
Also, the percentage rate in the top bar is wrong if you compare it with the bar graph.

They probably are, remember that Upper Deck was the western Yugioh distributor until they got sued in court for doing counterfeit runs alongside official ones? This was at least a decade ago though.
