nope... he did not get ripped off, not my nature to do such a thing...

A complete Magical Chase back then was about $500 this Hulk box he valued just as much as this was a prototype box!!. and people love prototypes!... I actually had 4 different Atari prototype boxes and 2 had never been seen before period!!!!... i had offers for these 4 EMPTY boxes between $1000 - $2000.  This guy wanted the hulk box as much a i wanted magical chase.

here are all the boxes...

tats, what you see are the officials, these boxes were on display EMPTY at like a Toy r Us advertising up and coming games but Atari never produced them ONLY these display boxes!!. There were lengthy discussions on this and verified....so if you have something like this Tats find them!!! and have a closer look :)

I know that Bubba Smith is fake.

If it were real, Bubba Smith would be having his way with those ladies.

so you're saying that those bonds never were released? can't be. sure i non of that stuff anymore to check anything, since gave it away more than 20 years ago.

i remember bought those (resp. my grand mam payed 'em) in a liquidation shop near zurich (switzerland).

tats, you are right, i got ahead of my self  the bond one was released as a game (the box with the distant shot of OO7) but the box is still a repro as it says Octopussy, and the other one totally is.

sorry for the confusion.. was thinking of the hulk box. <<huggles>>

Box art with Bond sporting anything other than a Walther PPK and some serious eye candy gets the editing room floor, or a seat next to the SGX Strider Eprom in the land of lost left socks.

Lord of the Rings was never released for the 2600, but it (and The Hobbit) was released on various computers (PC, C64, Spectrum, etc.); perhaps you're thinking of one of those.  As for Bond, the sole title released on the 2600 looked a bit different than either of those two boxes (clicky).
