My guess, and I have nothing to base this on, I think he is going to set the reserve at 2,000 which someone will bid to hit the reserve (since they were going to pay around $1800 anyway) and then $2,000 becomes the new benchmark for a complete MC in decent shape.

My final price guess is $2150.50

If it does end on that no I did not bid.
Gypsies did it.

Thats pretty bad when we start taking bets on how grossly overpriced a game will sell for.

I guess ~$1800 is the cap for most folks.  Wonder if we'll see it re-listed with a lower reserve.

Awesome. Hopefully the higher bidders will have time time to reflect on their impulsive bids and it will get bid up even lower next time.

Sellers should never use a reserve price, it only scares people off.

Net cost for my entire collection (Duo-R, ~70 TG/PCE hueys, and a dozen CD/SCDs) I think I'm still under the $1800 mark.

He just relisted at .99 with "No Reserve" after he discovered that people were willing to bid up to $1800 for it.

Now we get to see if someone was driving up the price just to be an ass. Maybe it'll actually sell for like $5.

Wow! This should be very interesting to watch.  I will laugh if it sells for less than the $1800 bid he had before... then again if it sells for more than like $400 or $500 I will cry at the ridiculous price
