The only Sega Super CD game I can think of is Bonanza Bros. and they look nothing like Robo and Mobo.

For a totally random painting by a middle school kid that I saw at the mall...

...throw a blue hat on Robo and Mobo, turn up the brim, toss in a bouquet of flowers and... VOILA!
