Press Ctrl, Page Up, Alt, Left Shift, Num Lock, X, 9, Tab, Tab, F7, #, Caps Lock, Page Down, Delete, and then hold down Right Shift while simultaneously right clicking your mouse and pressing Print Screen.

Alternatively, you can click on the image to view the full size version in another window, then right click and 'save as'.

Aside from ebay, there are images that seem unsavable (like the ones used in flash or whatever.) For those, I use this printscreen program I got from gadwin.
