rarebucky / rarelucky
« on: May 30, 2010, 03:51:36 AM »
Rarelucky/Rarebucky is sleazy buyer/seller

I had posted Sealed Super Air Zonk on the ebay. He had won auction for good 400ish. I realize which we could deal outside the ebay so we cancel transaction and deal outside.. He was aware which I posted ebay saying PLEASE ASK for the details BEFORE BUYING AND IT IS ASIS, NON REFUNDABLE, NON RETURNABLE.

He had agreed and bought on the spot. I mailed out and he recieved and complaint whcih he said there is some slimy inside the Jewel and claimed it as resealed. I had told him I bought it sealed and photo shown and apologize to him.

He decide to leave negative feedback on my ebay feedbacks. I just let it go until I saw him posting Super Air Zonk Sealed and claimed it as NEAR MINT CONDITION and selling for more money WTF?????

His posting is here

http://cgi.ebay.com/Super-Air-Zonk-T...item1c12c4a7fb

How I would know it is being same item. There is tiny tear on shrink wrap V shaped above the "HE" on front left side.

His other SN Rarelucky bought from me then sell on other SN Rarebucky.

What kind seller and buyer he is?

here is the message that we had conversation.

4. Dear billygoins,

Well if it's new then you should have no problem taking it back. I don't understand what the problem is. You said you want to resolve this - you refund me, I'll send it back and revise the feedback to positive. Otherwise I'll have to sell the game myself. I do not want it, as I've stated a million times. I guarantee all my games and if my customers have a problem I always accept a return (even though it says otherwise in my auctions). You should do the same.

3. Dear rarebucky,

one is.. what i think is. u should post netural feedback and post what you had to say.

two is. i already claimed non refundable and ASIS and it s new.

three is which you post right now and said it s brand new. i was right for the whole time.. why i get negative feedback? because u said it is not new and it is being re sealed then u post saying it is new??

EXPLAIN?

thanks

- billygoins

2. Dear billygoins,

You didn't seem very willing to work things out with me when I requested a refund for this, so I have no choice but to sell it myself. If you can agree to refund my original purchase, I will send this back to you and revise the feedback.

- rarebucky

1. Dear rarebucky,

u send me negative feedback and post to sell new..
what s going on?
we need to talk

or i have to promote your name in forums ?
which i dont want the dramas but im willing to work things out with you?

He can be a pain in the ass wmac and ya there is some lost honesty there in his part reselling it if he thinks its a reseal.

He is a sealed game mad man & is very f*cking picky....i traded him a sealed MUSHA awhile back and i made sure i took close up picts of all sides, to be honest i had no problems with him when we did the trade.
just over the top picky!!!

I dont understand this? "there is some slimy inside the Jewel and claimed it as resealed" what jewel?

Kinda shitty, but that's why you never deal outside of Ebay.  They were willing to buy it THRU the auction, should have just went with it.  If "BEFORE BUYING AND IT IS ASIS, NON REFUNDABLE, NON RETURNABLE." was in the auction, but then you canceled and went outside ebay as wrong as it is, they are no longer bound by your auction terms.  Just another reason not to sell to these scummy resellers...bitch about what they sell stuff for, but if $ is coming your way it's all good  [-(

You should've just taken my offer a while back and you would've been happier :)

I would've just opened it anyway.

I wouldn't trust anyone who offered to pay $400 for Super Air Zonk, sealed or otherwise.  That's an unreasonably high price.  No one would seriously pay that much.

Sealed collectors are freakin' nuts. Look at some of bucky's posts here.

In case anyone wants the full story as to what's going on here, you can PM me.  I'm not giving this scammer the time of day.  Oh yeah, he was banned from ebay for being an absolute jackass and a scammer.  End of story.

I love how this post is supposedly about how someone else is sleazy, but you openly admit to a) breaking your eBay user terms by artificially ending the auction early to cheap out on their fees, and b) selling a copy of Air Zonk for $400 motherf*cking dollars.

As far as I'm concerned you're both insane and I hope neither of you have a job where you operate heavy machinery.

These kinds of stories always seem to follow overpriced titles. I usually only buy reasonably priced stuff from established sellers or shops, and I never have issues buying and trading online. Once you start with the Crazy Dion/Roy Vegas/Liberace stuff though, douchebaggery abounds.

Although, I have to ask, is Air Zonk even a Roller's game? I didn't think it was that expensive.

Zeta.

Honestly with you.. I think $400 for SEALED Super Air Zonk is great price (not as if we re in 90s but..)  I ve seen SAZ sold for a nice good condition used one for $300+ easy on ebay.

SEALED tend to double or triple the price.  Im selling 33% more compared to open good mint condition???

but this rarebucky being analhat and claimed which i sold him reseal one and it s not orginial but funny is which he post and sell saying it is SEALED? WTF  he had post negative feedback on my site thos!..

I got some emails from some people saying that they have same problem with rarebucky.  Apparently he just buy to inspect and if he dont like for one reason and demand refund. or to negative feedback on everyone who doesnt accept the returns..

My brain hurts from reading too much broken English.  If rarebucky really believes that the game was resealed, then why does he now have it up for sale at $500?
