Thanks so much everybody!  It was a lot of fun compiling it, and surprisingly I've only found a couple more "unofficial" type items since it went to press... LOL

At some point, I will try to turn it into a fully interactive pdf with links to higher resolution images and more details - we'll have to see where that goes.

I got mine the other day... very nice henry.. alot of heart went into this.
Once i get it mounted i will take a picture of it in my man cave wall..<< I said mount >>

Good news, hennler!! The poster finally arrived safe and sound!! 

I haven't opened it up yet because I want to wait until i get at least a proper frame for it, if not 'mount' it. Once either of those things happen I'll post a picture of it in all its glory.

Glad to hear it finally arrived.... crazy postal service.  You might want to properly measure it before you buy a frame, the size I listed is approximate, plus all those metric frames up there won't fit exactly anyhow.
