If you meatsacks don't stop derailing my thread with talk about SMB2, I'm gonna be a callow twat and delete this mo-fo!

I've always maintained that Mario 2 (JP) feels like the result of someone giving a 16-year old a level editor for Mario 1 and telling him to "Edit the levels in Super Mario Bros. so the game is as difficult as possible," with no regard for actual good level design.

Agreed, and after years of perfecting his craft, he came up with this.

An oldie but a goodie: five common RARE L@@K!!!! titles for $200.
U.S. Collection: 97% complete    155/159 titles

Just as funny to me is the guy here felt inclined to show 24 photos of these uber "rares" as if rares collectors will be pouring over every photo to inspect the dings and manual creases on these one of a kind incredible finds- lulzilicious for sure

HA HA

That's the funniest thing I've seen in a while. And I totally believe that was created by the same schmuck who made the JP Mario 2.

Now I regret not buying a lot of TG-16 games I have been meaning to get over the years. At least around half the US HuCards and CDRom games I want are still affordable. I am glad I region modded my Duo. Most games are perfectly fine in JP, such as Splatter House, Air Zonk, Bonk 3, and other games with little or none text in them. I love my JP only releases like some of the Soldier series, SF2 CE and Bomberman 94.

The BIN on that DH does seem excessive. But in all fairness in the last thread some were talking about the previous DH auction that ended at ~$440 (via bids) and I believe a few of us agreed that the price was a "value" relative to Magical Chase considering DH is much more difficult to find.
