ok this one has gotten out of hand. $152. Let me know if they actually pay for the item, and I might consider selling mine. I have a feeling they wont pay. It just doesn't make sense???  http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=270757278682&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT

WHAT THE f*ck DOES 100% GRADED SILVER EVEN MEAN?!?!?!

This guy is copying RPGArcana from eBay. And RPGArcana is filth!

I can't believe this guy sold this master system for $1200+ that's nuts

Yeah it turns my stomach to see that. I see these auctions for brand new systems for $1000+ and I think no way anyone in their right mind is paying that and sure enough people are actually buying them. I think this same guy is selling a Turbo Duo with 9 games for 3 grand or something.  Thank god I got my Duo from TZD many years ago.

All this VGA graded stuff is such a sham prices of complete games are getting inflated cause of it.

I have a feeling no one is going to pay for it.

So a quick update. The Buyer has PAID for the card.

$202.50 . . . I almost feel dirty.

I saw this card at the same store for years. I figured I would buy it, and get it into the hands of someone that could use it. Sort of crazy how it ended up.

What the hell? You could buy a complete Duo, which has the System Card built in, for less than that.

or a converter and a JPN super system card for about $120
....or a converter and arcade card for about $135
than you have a converter to play all kinds of JPN hueys and 60-80 change to spend on a lot of hueys.

That is one of the craziest auctions I have seen in a long time.
So many people bid, I might actually put my US version up for 99cents starting bid. I have no use for it anyway.

That is called "ebay buyer gouging", not "ebay seller gouging". Congrats Dirkfunk!

Yes, but a Duo isn't as rare of a collectible. Anyone buying hardware for functionality wouldn't bother with a U.S. CD setup at all.

I would and did. My Turbo-CD plus Super System Card has functioned nearly flawlessly since I purchased it years back. The only non-US setup I have is a core Super Grafx. I play all my US and Japanese library on my Turbo-CD w/ Murai Converter. Sure, it will need maintenance one day, but won't they all? :)

Anyone see this BS?
http://cgi.ebay.com/Dynastic-Hero-TurboGrafx-16-DUO-DEMO-CD-Rare-/320705944681?pt=Video_Games_Games&hash=item4aab905c69

Here are some highlights with commentary:

The Dynastic Hero TurboGrafx 16 [ DUO ] DEMO CD
-R

Quote
USA VERSION / FULL VERSION COMPLETE GAME

Because I couldn't find an ISO that said "incomplete" or "demo version" to burn onto a grocery-store CD-R.

Quote
This appears to be a final version sent to Turbo Technologies for Demo Purposes

Extra Capital Letters To Give Auction An Air of Authority.

I have played the game on my Turbo Duo. (See in Photo)

Photos don't lie!

Quote
INCLUDES CD / CD CASE & a HUCARD GAME KEITH COURAGE

Because ebay pulled my last attempt to auction a CD-R.

Quote
INFO ON CD CASE:

Nice work, Gumshoe!

BOTH CD & HUCARD have a store # wrote in black marker ink.

As opposed to regular black marker.

Purchased in 1997 from Toys R Us

Which: the used, written-on copy of a not-sold-separately hucard or the blank CD-R "demo disc"?  Surely, both are common items among the worn bric-a-brac and second-hand sundries of any good Toys R' Us; especially three years after the 1994 TG16-clearance sales (before you were born).

Turbo Duo System, & TV not included.

Dang.  Hey, what about the camera used to take the photos?
