If I were evil, I'd make replica turbob boxes, fill them with styrofoam and screws, seal them, and sell them on ebay for ludicrous prices. The collectors would never know the difference!

If you were a little more evil than that, you'd get them VGA graded first. :D

Chew Man Fu has been one of the pricier titles for years, and while $75 is by no means cheap, it's par for the course for eBay (last two sold for $75 and $79 shipped).

I've been watching all copies of Chew Man Fu lately, out of curiosity. I bought mine for a third of what it goes for now (and figured that was a bit on the high side), just a couple months ago. The next copy went for around $50. The next, around $72. I don't really see any logic to the price climb, other than the holidays are approaching, or stupider/more impatient buyers are showing up.

Heh, I'll admit to watching it.  I wanna see how high it goes with its f*cked up US and Canuckistan manuals.

Well since I found it, I guess I am technically watching it now.  Still if I really want that game, I'd just get BeBall.

I think I paid less than $20 for my Chew Man Fu about two years ago.  This one definitely had a ridiculous rise in price.

Super Star Soldier is the other one that, sadly, has gone way up. Once again, I managed to snatch up a cheap one, but those are few and far between. The last two complete copies have sold in the $60s. That sucks! At least the card-only copies are still somewhat within reach of most folks.

I sold my copy of SSS to Bucci for $20 a few weeks ago. I gave him a good deal but I don't think it's worth more than $30 complete.
