Agreed, but the seller is still a gooberdick.

$46+ for printed out wikipedia articles on a TurboGrafx-16 game sounds like gouging to me.

Agreed on both counts.  The guy is definitely a tool, but I wouldn't say he's trying to trick anyone.
There have been a flood of "publishers" doing this lately and it doesn't seem to have anything specifically to do with video games. They pick random subjects and articles from wikipedia and profit from user content by slapping together "books" and selling them on ebay and elsewhere. They do the same thing with old D&D campaign settings.

This isn't Turbo related, but it is retro gaming related... Is this game really worth this much???

With 34 bids (at the time of posting) I'm dumbfounded that some feel this game is worth more than a good-running car.

No, it's not worth that much at all. It's one of those isolated auctions where the seller and buyer(s) probably know each other and are just drumming up attention. Goes for like 1/500th of the price (under $30 used).

Look at the bid history, it has a lot of 0 feedback bids. I bought this game complete and in perfect condition off of ebay for like $30 not too long ago.

There is a small line of text on the cart, beneath the words, 16 Bit Cartridge.  What is that?  Mine does not have it.
