I see only a $4 charge now. but shipping isn't guaranteed until after the holiday.  what a jerk this guy was huh? sealed - unsealed game , changing shipping - tsk tsk

Its in his bottom text. It took me a while to find it. That kind of stuff doesn't fly on ebay, anyway.

Right. He can put whatever he wants in the text, but the official shipping cost ($4 in this case) is what eBay will abide by. Hopefully whoever wins this auction is aware.

ah on a similar note I once got free shipping this way, because it was listed as free shipping, but he had it written only the BIN got it. But i paid when the auction ended before he could change it.  got mad and shipped a duo with no packing material in a huge box.

Backfired, because some how the duo survived and all the games with nothing broken.
NW: Hey, I made it on this psycho's Enemies' List, how about that ?? ;)

BT: Look at how the fake SFII' carts instantly sold out and were immediately listed on eBay before the flippers even took possession. Look at Nintendo's overpriced bricks. Look at the typical forum discussions elsewhere.

I think the only ones who are making money are the ones doing the grading.  Personally, I buy games to play and enjoy.  I wouldn't get any enjoyment out of owning something sealed up in a box that is unplayable.

Has anyone here ever purchased anything that was graded?

What do you do with the package once you take the game out of it?
I'm busy playing pinball, but I still drop by to visit.

Apparently no one is. :P How is this guy going to make a reasonable profit off of his investment?

You don't understand collectibles at all. The whole point of collecting games is to keep them protected inside of their sealed tamper-proof cases.

LOL, they don't take the game out.

Man, this place is the POLAR OPPOSITE of NintendoAge.

Here is a 4000+ post-long thread showing off their VGA games.

Personally, I think that VGA-grading is the silliest part of video game collecting. When the market crashes, which it all-but is guaranteed to, the people who paid for these are the ones who are going to be left holding the bag, so to speak. 10s of thousands of dollars invested in unplayable games.... that I just can't imagine will really retain value.

Hey, you.

No turbostars or VGA?  Despite the greatness of this game, I'd only be willing to pay this much for an officially graded auction...

LOL Darkwing Duck.
