I actually found a few Turbo games at PAX East, but the prices were gross.  A 4-in-1 for $100, Lords of Thunder and Dragon Slayer for $150 each... bleah.

Did you punch the seller in the mouth?

I would have.

Anyway, shill bidding from f*cktards and their buddies who run shitty stores drives prices up.

The OTHER thing that drives prices up?

Stupidf*cks like the retards that block me on Facebook when I tell them they f*cked up on their prices.

AKA:  Impatient noobs that need shit RIGHT NOW, because the Yubtubs told them about the Turbo.

I HAVE TO HAVE THIS STUFF NOW I NEED TO POST PICTURES ON FACEBOOK TO SHOW OFF MY I MEAN, I NEED TO PLAY IT IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE I AM SUCH A COOL, HIP YOUNG KID GETTING INTO THE RETROBES.

Those people are a severe problem.   Ignorant noobs that think they're experts in this shit because they all sit in a few groups and stroke their cocks together.   They establish dumb prices by buying things and then validating each other.

NAH MAN, THAT SHIT (Keith Courage) IS RARE.  YOU DID GOOD PAYING 20$ FOR IT.  DON'T LISTEN TO THE IDIOTS (Longtime TG/PCE collectors that know things.).

I keep a list of these dumbasses, so if any of them try buying anything from Aetherbyte, I can just refund the money.
[Fri 19:34]<nectarsis> been wanting to try that one for awhile now Ope

Speaking of shill bidding, here is a non OBEY auction for SNES Hagane.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Hagane-The-Final-Conflict-SNES-SFC-Super-Nintendo-Super-Famicom-/111619344179?

It started at $0.99. It's at $535. Check out the bid history.

This guy wants $35 for a Turbo back cover.  As in ONLY the back cover nothing else.

I wonder if he thinks a complete loose system is worth $200 :-k

Wow. I am no expert on ebay, so can someone with more experience explain this? It looks as though the same person bid higher and higher with no one else bidding to make the price raise, or is it that the person put a max bid in and the other bids have been lower each time, so that is raising the  bid? That's a good game, but 535 is so high, I can't believe that is justifiable. I must need a better career, hahah

I think that is whats happening.  Instead of that person just entering $535 the first time, they kept trying to increase it slowly to find the other persons max bid I guess.  You can look at the bid times to see when they were entered.  The $525 was from the day before.

The idiot with 30 feedback keeps bidding slightly higher than the current high bidder whose max bid is much higher, thus automatically outbidding the 'tard.  Click on 'show automatic bids' to see 'em.

So this is for real? I can't believe the game is going for that much. I've played it on an emulator and it's very good, I enjoyed what I played a lot and would pay retail release price for it if I could (~60$+inflation or so) but I can't imagine going that high for a single game. It's a crazy world we live in today, sad.

Hagane and Aero Fighters seem to be the most expensive normal SNES carts.  If you want the box too, its even more lol:

I know... I've been looking for a back cover. Mine disappeared over the years since it wasn't attached. I refuse to pay f*cktard prices though.

I played Hagane on my SD2SNES cart, and even though it's from our beloved Hudson Soft I didn't find the game very engaging.

I'm surprised that you found Hagane not to be engaging. The gameplay is so on point! Nothing feels cheap, rather all the challenges of the game feel perfectly executed. Once you master a certain level, it feels great and you'll consistently be able to beat it. What didn't you like about it?
