Now I want to listen to it. Even though it has nothing to do with you-know-what.

Sealed copy of PAL Pilotwings for $2000.

Seems legit.

That's just using Free McBoot on a Memory Card to load a homebrew emulator with ROMs off either a disc or USB stick or HDD.

If you're looking to do that sort of console homebrew emulation I'd sooner do it on a hacked Wii or Xbox360.

I agree. The wii homebrew channel is so simple, even I was able to do it with no problem. And i am a moron when it comes to this stuff. I am not ashamed to admit it.

The Wii, using component outs on a CRT produces some amazing emulation result. I think it's the closest thing you can to the real thing while also having the benefits of emulation.

Interesting. I sold my Wii though.    I saw another add on CL where a guy was selling hacked xboxes  running MAME with a ton of preloaded games for $100. Not a bad deal I guess if you are in the market for an original Xbox, if it can still function as an Xbox.
How hard is it to hack one of those things?

Probably not, they'll probably charge 20-25% above ebay prices and use some stupid excuse saying that you can get it in your hands now instead of waiting for a few days.

I am pretty sure this isn't the first time they tried this either...

EDIT - they tried this in 2012 too...

Yeah that's probably wishful thinking, but it seems most mom n pop retro stores base their prices on price charting and eBay, so to undercut those guys GameStop should be a little cheaper.
