If so, I guess that he has no intention of taking down that video, since he heard enough of the animeforever/fudoh/20thAnv/PCEWorks/Tobias/Hudson Soft backstory a long time ago now.

Where you're right in portrayal is that he's holding Tobias' repros in his hands, exactly the guy that once did purposefully try to pass off repros as originals years ago with Sapphire but he chooses not to tell you about any of that past...
We need a catchy reference to all that Sapphire business, like "Sapphire-Gate" perhaps ?? Something to better help represent it.
Now Johnny did ask me about what I think of PCE Memories/Tobias many months ago, I believe I got around to trying to tell him about Sapphire-Gate as well as Xak III, so... It can't be out of ignorance anymore...
So, we can gather that since he has a relationship with Tobias now which results in promotional freebies, he's not willing to refer to Sapphire-Gate so as to maintain that relationship...
