For $100k the seller can cover the shipping.

Just saying. You know the seller isn't serious enough to actually sell Magicoal Chaise.

You seem to have a stick up your butt over a lot of this collecting stuff. Personally, I think these auctions are hilarious.

Hey guys this thing as rare as a sacred and possibly unreal religon relic! you can tell by the ***ALL CAPS***!  In case you can't understand, let me rephrase that, this is fact highly sought after!

BTW this is complete!  that means complete in box!  it isn't true if I don't saty it twice!   Exclamation points makes my title that more impressive!

---people are f-ing stupid this breaks like every rule of selling/marketing.   You might as well change this title to.

Are you dumb?   Will you overpay for something just to say you own it?  Then Buy this!
NW: Hey, I made it on this psycho's Enemies' List, how about that ?? ;)

BT: Look at how the fake SFII' carts instantly sold out and were immediately listed on eBay before the flippers even took possession. Look at Nintendo's overpriced bricks. Look at the typical forum discussions elsewhere.

You can't tell most retro gamers anything!

I'll give him $45 for the game itself.  Think he'll take it?  I mean... he can probably get $99,954 for the case and box alone, right?

This is so stupid...  who in their right mind would ever?

I think each member here should hit the BIN and then stall when payment is due.  Every time he reposts it we hit the BIN again.

Ive certainly kept my seller waiting for his bootleg money.  Hopefully i can drag it out and cost him the ebay fees for final value.  100k auction?  Certainly youd think thered be some verification to buy and sell products that expensive. Sending $100k to an anonymous seller through paypal?  I mean wtf?

Ah, I see, so you're willing to take a hit on your eBay account - you bought it and will just sit it out until he does something. Did you have an extra eBay account set up for this with some history or is it your regular account ?

If he tries to ding your feedback, tell ebay its counterfeit.

edit: sellers can't leave negatives, so what can he possibly do?

In fact, you could leave neg feed back right now for selling a bootleg

May favorite thing about that auction is the $100 shipping.

To be fair, you're going to wan the best shipping possible for something this rare.

This auction reminds me of the Metal Slug AES complete set.

Best part of that is the "We accept cash!!!" line in the description.  I don't even think Trump could do $5m cash.

Reported, and you guys should all report, too. Contact details and asking for cash in a listing is against ebay rules, and you betcha that they'll want to take that down much more quickly than e.g. bootlegs. Doing it that way screws ebay out of money, and they don't like losing money, especially when it's up for a cool $5M.

You guys see the recommended listings on that page? $50,000 for a VGA Graded Kid Icarus. I've admittedly gone a little nuts with the eBay hate lately but look at what these turds are doing to our precious pastime. It's driving me crazy.

It is best to just let it go at this point.  I understand and "used to" share the frustration. Now I browse over since I've "seen it all before"  Trust me you'll feel better.

Maybe I can find a way to be more at peace but I don't ever think I can let it go. I'll always stick up for this hobby and the fantastic people that I've met because of it.
