LOL for someone in business you seem to lack a fair amount of common sense. What sale...so there was no transaction at all?  There has been a sale, you HAVE been paid...Paypal holding funds is irrelevant.  Turbo already paid you, hos end is complete.

Let's not forget the RAU-30 and game of his choice I offered to let him keep.

Which is basically a trade off instead of paying the return shipping.  Without the Supergrafx, the RAU isn't of much value to him.  So you offered him a paperweight, nice offer.

To go over and above the terms of the transaction is at my personal discretion. I've gone over and above before.

Of course going above and beyond is at your personal discretion.  In this case, you chose not to do that and you look a horrible seller.

You see, I went to the PO, pulled money out of my wallet, and shipped a parcel. That money has not been replaced by PayPal. It also will not, as I have authorized a full refund.

As stated earlier you WERE paid.  Paypal holding it is irrelevant.  Turbo is going to be out $ as he has to ship your broken stuff back.
