I bought a dual micro sd adapter to memory stick pro adapter, threw in two 16gb micro SD's and ended up with a 32 memory stick pro. You could also use two 8's and get 16gb. Gonna end up cheaper because mem stick pros are significantly more expensive. The adapter was like $8.

You can fit a LOT of classic games on a 2 or 4 MB Memory stick. Thousands. Obviously PC Engine ISOs would take up lots of space, but you could fit every HuCard game on an 8 MB Stick, as well as every NES, SNES, and MD game and not even fill it.

When packaged for PSP, CD game images only take about 40 to 70mb each.  All the audio tracks are put into MP3 format so its much smaller!

Sort of, I pieced it together from a few different sources.  The best seems to be www.necstacy.net seemed to be the best source.  I might write one of my own here soon though, just to try and simplify it into a quick process.

Yea I thought about going the adapter route, but I heard they sometimes don't play nice with the psp, especially running custom firmware

If you need a pandora's battery and magic memory stick, let me know and I'll let your borrow mine.  I could include all the CDrom games I've converted so far.  (about 28)

Hey Blue, how does that work, I insert both, do the mod, then I can use my own battery/card?

You put the memory stick in... then insert the battery.  The unit will turn itself on and come up with a menu giving you an option to install custom firmware.  Very quick and simple.  Now some of the very LATE PSP 2000 models do not work with this technique, but all the 1000s, and most of the 2000s do.  3000s do not.
