Is Chop a Magician?

I sent Chop a useless piece of plastic, and received back a Turbo Express.  Not sure if I should send my many thanks or initiate a burning on the stake?

Chop is incredible. I'd even say that his legend precedes him, the way lightning precedes thunder.
I have strong reason to believe that the song, Der Kommissar, prophesized his arrival as evidenced by this music video at  2:16:   :)
