So I could actually make a ghetto connector instead of soldering to the pins? step 1, buy a tennokoe or some jive

step 2, hack that bastard up?

but then what if I want to use the RAU-30 and stuff to CD-ROM it up.

Go this route instead:

Step 1: Put console in box and ship that mo-fo to [insert name of RGB mod provider here].
Step 2: Fap repeatedly to pictures of Lum cosplay girl.
Step 3: Retrieve mail, open box, connect cables and enjoy RGB goodness.

ok I found a Sony KV32FS12 on craigslist. Anyone try this set? The sucky thing is it doesn't have progressive but if this is for old school shouldn't matter too much.

Any reason why some of you don't like Flat TV's?

also I was going to offer $55, deal?

That's a great set, and if it isn't too worn out and blurry $55 is a pretty average price.

I'm not sure why any of is wouldn't like flat TVs as long as they are CRTs.

Right. I actually prefer the flat ones, personally.

Agreed.  I'd rather mine was flat instead of 'half' flat (no curve top to bottom), but for the price of nothing I won't complain.

The Progressive Sony's don't display in true low res.  Only Progressive or 4X Zoom.
Meaning you lose the scan lines.  I have a Progressive Sony, in RGB games look great,
but the Fami looks like crap without the scan lines.  Honestly you're better off with a
true low-res model (like that one) for retro.  It's a shame the USA versions of that TV
don't have the RGB inputs though.

Id like some professional advice:

I have a 55" Sony Bravia LED tv.

Its froigjrogierag HUGE.  I have surround sound loudness.

What would be an idea way to hook Turbob up to it without dropping a ton of money?

SLG3000 and a DVDO unit?

Just get an XRGB3?

If you can actually afford/justify the XRGB-3, that's what's going to piss you off the least.

How come it will be pissing me off the least?

the thing about the SLG I didn't dig is that its a bare board and shit.

I mostly just want to see Turbob on HUGE SCREEN.

China Warrior will be like as big as me.

Is it possible to make roughly 1/8" square pixels (9/64" x 7/64") look good?
