For the first time in a while I have a dog in this fight!  Anyone else excited for the NFL playoffs?

I voted for the Bears, not because I think they will actually win, but because I hate all the other teams.  I am indifferent towards the Bears, so I guess indifference gets my vote.

I don't really care about any of those teams, so I voted for K-man's nuts.

Da bears of coarse. (in case the zip code in my username didn't give it away) I am excited since our team has a decent QB for a change. Year in and year out we have been plagued by garbage quarterbacks such as Rex "the glass vase" Grossman, Brian Griese, Kordell Stewart, Cade Mcknown, etc.

SignofZeta: What a quintessentially PCEFX thread. Someone complains about nothing, multiple Bible-length posts discussing who's a bigger a$$hole follow. You're both pretty big a$$holes. Let's call it a tie.

It's too bad about Quitler eh Chany.  If that MRI doesn't come back with something serious, I think the Bears should look at Hanie as a QB.

It sucks how Cutler wimped out like that, you would think he would have been used to Chicago weather by now Urgh.... He isolated himself from the team on the bench, when he should have been cheering his team on. That guy needs an attitude change.

The Chicago defense kept the Pack at bay for the most part which kept things interesting. I was impressed by Caleb Hanie. He did a good job managing the football. They should have put him in there right away instead of that has-been Todd Collins.

Looks I'll be having cheese for dinner in two weeks, heh. Congrats

I am a Buffalo Bills fan, and my team drafted Todd Collins way back when to replace Jim Kelly.  To me, you have to be something at some point, in order to be a "has-been."  Todd Collins never was anything, and never will be.  It pains me to see him still on a NFL roster.

Due to the votes for the Bears being mentioned here, who are the most sucktastic NFL team in history (The Lions are better even with that 0-16 season a year ago), and the fact that this is actually an American Football thread on a VIDEO GAME FORUM, this thread is now on par with the FF14 thread.

The only thing that's cool about the team is that the coach's name is Lovie, which is inherently pretty badass. Can you imagine what he went through? And yes, I realize they won the Superbowl a few years ago. I won $75 in my (illegal gambling contract) work betting pool that year.

Go (Favre) Vikings.

If he comes back next year I hope they give him a cybernetic leg and a laser-sight.

I voted Packers, FYI.

Dad: "Maybe the Bears can win next year."
