« on: January 29, 2011, 10:14:00 AM »
Hi I've acquired a few X68K games and was trying to see about how much they were worth approximately. Whatever games I had I would be looking for ok prices, not too high prices but not too low ones either. I've checked Ebay and the net but as you may expect not a lot always comes up with stuff like this. I hear Yahoo auctions Japan does some X68K stuff but I guess I can't read or write Japanese.

I have some more which I'll add asap.

All have been tested and work fine.

I'm based in the Uk. However I can ship abroad if anyone was interested in any but the shipping will be a bit more. However I will do it at cost price shipping and as cheaply as possible. I have shipped smaller and lighter items to the USA etc and because of this, the shipping cost for them is quite low. I guess most of the items here are reasonably light but some are the more bulky box type original versions and multiples of more lighter items will add up. They hopefully won't be too large dimensions wise but again the amount will have more of an influence on that. However the shipping even abroad maybe possible. I will also combine shipping if anyone wanted more than one item. I provide protection when I ship.

Nes Games PAL. Although PAL the proceedure for these to be played on Nes consoles of other regions is very simple and requires no real modding experience if it's the same as making the PAL Nes region free.

Godzilla - loose.

RoboWarrior - loose.

Castelian - loose.

Adventures In The Magic Kingdom - loose. £1.50 + shipping.

Wizards & Warriors 3 - loose.

Rescue The Embassy Mission - Boxed with instructions, cart sleeve and poly insert. All in excellent condition.

Sword Master - Boxed with instructions, cart sleeve and poly insert. All in very good condition. £3 + shipping.

Iron Sword Wizards & Warriors 2 - Boxed with instructions, cart sleeve and poly insert. All in very good condition.

Digger T.Rock - Boxed with instructions, cart sleeve and poly insert. All in good condition. £5 + shipping.

Goal - Boxed with instructions. Good condition. £3 + shipping.

Days of Thunder - Boxed with instructions, cart sleeve and poly insert. All in average - good condition. £3 + shipping.

Neo Geo World Heroes 2 Japanese version complete boxed with instructions. All in good condition.

Has been tested and works fine.

Will post pic asap.

£20 + shipping.

I can ship abroad if anyone was interested but the shipping will be more. However I will do it at cost price shipping and as cheaply as possible. I have shipped games like this to the USA etc and for a game like this the cheapest airmail shipping would probably be about £10 due to the size and weight of the item. I will also combine shipping if anyone wanted more than one game. However considering the shipping cost and with high availability abroad no doubt, a Uk or Euro buyer maybe more realistic in this case.

Those are all fairly cheap games in Japan at least.  The important thing though is if you have
a rig to test them with or not.  Those 5.25'' floppies are surprisingly durable, but they do die
like all magnetic disks do.

Hi ok thanks for replying and for your info. I know there's a few of them and this is a pain I know but how much would they cost to buy in Japan approximately for all of them if each one is worth approximately the same price? A bugger I know but any info would be really cool.

Honestly, I wouldn't pay more then 1,000-2,000yen for any of those games.  But I'm in Japan.
Exporting 68k stuff is tricky, cause it can be valuable, but very few buyers.  And the majority of them
don't want old h-games.  Maybe best to make a bundle.

Damn, no Daimakaimura :(

Many times.  Good selection, and prices are way better then the Potato.  If you order something, they will
tell you by email if it has any damage, or missing parts.  Then you can cancel or confirm before they ship.
If there is no real damage and games are complete, they just ship without confirming.  If you aren't happy
with the condition they will accept returns and give you a full refund.  Good people.

Also every week they lower prices on some items, and raise them back the next week.  If you keep watch, it
will go down eventually.

Hi again ok and again good info. Thanks for that. Anyway I also have some more games but are the 'Takeru' versions. I know that means they're basically copies when it comes to the crunch but they also come in the Takeru box as you probably well know. I heard they were sold in about '95 in Japan from vending machines! Just like from a snack or drink vending machine. Pretty cool that and sounds like Japan although I have never been there and don't know very much at all about Japanese culture both old and new. Good stuff either way and very original from what I've seen or haven't ever seen should I say. I do suspect the culture both old and new is very different to others and not much I would possibly understand. I reckon in every culture you get good and bad stuff, you just gotta get more of the good stuff if you can.

Anything would be cool and well appreciated. I'll add what other games I have for sale and also the Takeru versions as soon as I can.
