PC Engine Duo Monitor Question

Whats up guys. I own a pc engine duo monitor. When i baught it a few years ago i noticed a minor bend in the dop of the picture. The seller told me all the ones he came across had this issue and was like that from the factory. It didnt matter to me and still doesnt but i just want to know if thats true. Every time i see one for sale i ask the seller if it has the same issues and they always tell me yes... I found pics of someone that has one on the internet and it shows the same issue i describe. these pics are not of mine but shows the issue. I circled it on the pics.  Also the bend only shows up on games on not when the tv tuner is on which makes me think maybe something with the video sync who knows.... any help or comments would be appreciated....

to save the confusion i posted 2 things originally here. one was repair / tech related the other was not. for some reason necromancer figured he would state my questions is not appropriate for this section of the forum so i split it and made it more correct to his liking.

I own two of those monitors and both have this issue.
Seems to work as designed ... not quite satisfying for such a high-priced gadget.
