Anyone here like comic books?

I used to like comics. I still do - or at least some of them. But so much of what is coming out these days is utter rubbish.

I read Manga.   most of the American/other non Japan comics aren't very interesting to me.
There are exceptions to the rule.

I love the D&D comics, Sandman series is great, and then there are some other one shot Lovecraft comics I liked...

but the whole Marvel/DC staple stuff.... eh *shrug*  Sometimes I like reading.  I don't go out of my way to though. 

Of the staple-stuff, I like Hawkman, Fantastic Four, and Batman the most.
