What are the top 15 CD games on the system??

I just got a Duo-RX and it has opened the world of Turbografx CD gaming  to me, and I was wondering what are the best CD games on the system? I know there are many more of the Japanese games, but don't know what's good. Also if a game is way cheaper on the Japanese system let me know ( assuming you can understand it).

I came close to listing that one too but in all fairness I haven't played it enough yet to make a fair recommendation for or against it   At first it was a bit frustrating, now I'm getting the hang of it, so my opinion of it is improving rapidly!
