Burning Question
« on: September 10, 2005, 06:20:08 AM »
Can anyone tell me how to get games to burn at 2x? What program and how? I had Beyond Shadowgate and it "hangs" in the game...I am assuming because it was burned at 8X...which is the lowest I can get burn speed-wise with Alcohol or Nero. CDRWIN only made an audio CD for me, but then again, that was the 1st time I used it. Could it be settings? Also, the lowest speed I could get for it was 4X.
I know the game is fine because it plays fine on Magic Engine...but I want to play it on my new PC Engine Duo-R I got yesterday...
Any help appreciated...
Thanks!

Keranu

CDRWin should work perfectly for copying games or burning bin/cue. Try going here for help.

Adding PCE console specific layer on top of that, makes for an interesting challenge (no, not a reference to Ys II).

Ok, I tried again before I left to the Wedding:
Here is the error I am getting...
ERROR:

cuesheet was rejected by the CDROM recorder.

Now I know the cuesheet is good as I made it with the cue maker for PCEngine cues...here it is:
